Dîner Amical, La Chaumiere

On September 22, 2018, Joseph De Angelis hosted the Calgary Bailliage at La Chaumiere for yet another Diner Amîcal in their 40th year of operation.
As always the food, service, and ambiance were exceptional providing the members and guests of this dinner with a wonderful experience. At the reception, guests were provided with a wonderful selection of appetizers and Taittinger, Prelude Grand Crus.
Once seated, Bailli Honoraire, Jan Hansen, welcomed everyone to the dinner. The classical dishes and wine were expertly paired, prepared and presented by the kitchen and service brigades.

The evening was testament to the skill and attention to detail of the service and kitchen staff and a great reminder of the quality of this dinning establishment and the contribution of Joseph De Angelis and La Chaumiere to the restaurant industry in Calgary over the last 40 years.
As per custom, Bailli Delegué, Toni-Marie Ion-Brown and Bailli, Jan Hansen presented two plates to the establishment, this evening:
