On an arctic Wednesday evening we gathered at Brasserie Kensington for a French wine and cheese tasting courtesy of Gérard Bertrand wine and cheese from Worldwide Specialty Foods Ltd.
As guests arrived this evening they were greeted with Gérard Bertrand Gris Blanc Rosé, 2018. Then Nicolas Galy of Gérard Bertrand followed by telling us about the wines that we were to taste during the following reception. Then yours truly (Ashley James) followed and spoke about the various cheeses that were selected to pair with the wines.
After a delicious wine and cheese tasting we then moved into the dining room and were welcomed to dinner by Linda Robinson.
